CORE FOR FIRE DOORS

At the beginning of the 21st century, the population of the Earth is 6,5 billion inhabitants
who annually experience a reported 7 to 8 million fires with 70,000 to 80,000 fire deaths
and 500,000 to 800,000 fire injuries.

A fire door is a type of door, or barrier used as a passive fire protection item within
buildings to prevent the spread of fire or smoke.

We propose Halspan™ a 3-layer particle board, designed to out-perform other types
of board. It is ideal as a solid core door and better to make, veneer and laminate.

Halspan™ door blanks have been ready tested for use in the manufacture of fire doors.
